Re: New Testament Course to be offered
in Pine Bluff
The Baptist Missionary Association
Theological Seminary of Jacksonville, Texas and Conway, Arkansas is pleased to
announce a unique learning opportunity for individuals in Pine Bluff,
Arkansas. The seminary will offer a
master’s level course in New Testament Introduction and Survey during the fall
semester. The course will focus on the
Gospels and Acts.
BMA Seminary has joined with several
churches in the area to offer the course at the Mount Harmony Baptist Church
located at 812 East Harding Avenue in Pine Bluff. The course will be begin on Monday, August
25, 2008 from 6:00-9:00 PM and continue on Mondays through December 1. Professor David Hellwig of Marvel, Arkansas
is scheduled to teach the course.
Interested students should contact the
seminary dean’s office before August 15 at 1-800-259-5673 regarding admission
and enrollment procedures. An
application is available on the seminary’s website (www.bmats.edu) or from the Mount Harmony
Baptist Church.
Students must have an earned bachelor’s
degree from an accredited institution to qualify for master’s level
credit. Others may audit the course for
personal enrichment and noncredit.
BMA Seminary provides accredited
