Dr. Attebery served as Pastor of Bethlehem Baptist Church, Magnolia, Arkansas and later as Director of the Association of Baptist Students at Tyler Junior College and the University of Texas at Tyler before assuming the position of Dean-Registrar at BMATS.  He has co-authored Galilean Leadership Training and Recreation Guide, BPH, and Male and Female Created He Them, BPH.

James Blaylock began in 1966 as a library assistant at Kellar Library of the BMA Theological Seminary and has served as library director since 1972. He has pastored four churches in Texas and has served the BMA of America as assistant editor of the BMAA Directory and Handbook (1969-1988) and later as editor (1988-1999).

Dr. Parsons has pastored several churches in Texas and has served full-time on the faculty at BMATS since 1986. He is a noted scholar on the book of Job and his condensed commentary can be found in the study notes of  The Nelson Study Bible: New King James Version. He has also contributed numerous articles to scholarly journals such as Bibliotheca Sacra.
